About Me

Accoring to the story, I was heralded into the world by a particularly violent electrical storm - a storm so severe that is blacked-out a good part of North West Sydney. Australia... I think this should have been my first clue as to the patterns of my life... back in the day of my ancestors this would definately have been seen as an omen - the older I grow and the more experienced I become; the more I believe this to be so - especially in those reflective moments when I take pause to look back over my journey so far...

I am elcectic and dyslexic... Growing up was a bit of a roller-coaster... the parts that were good, were very good and sometimes amazing, and the parts that were bad were grim,. dark and painful ... My childhood and teenage years were over-shaddowed the see-saw pattern of the life threatening bouts of ill-health from which both my parents suffer. The associated consequences of living with this, plus the added burden of being labeled 'different' during a time in which being different equated to being bad, ensured I experienced my fair share of various hardships and heart-break... and it is these very personal events which sowed the seeds of my quest.

I became interested in the Runes and the Spiritual side of life as part of my personal quest in trying to figure out the "why me?" moments of life - My first concious questioning, started when I was about 8, and my purposeful study and exploration life and the 'Unseen' side of life, started when I was about 12... On a deeply personal level my Spirituality and faith is my true anchor and the Runes when used for self-development have become the compass which guides me on my personal quest.

I consider myself as a life-long student at the 'University of Life' and a graduate of 'The School of Hard Knocks'. I am the sort of person that not only ask questions and is willing to wait patiently for the answers, I am also the sort of person who has to test the answers, which more often than not are concepts or theories... .

My attitude to life is that it is a "magical mystery tour" and should be lived in the spirit of adventure. I believe that everything happens for a reason and that there is no such thing as coincidence. I do believe and trust that there is an Almighty God, but I'm not religous and I do not belong to any organisations of that ilk.
